We accept a variety of secure and convenient payment methods to facilitate your purchases:

Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. All card transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway partners.
M-Pesa: For our customers in Kenya, we offer seamless payment via M-Pesa. You can complete your purchase directly from your M-Pesa account during checkout.
Bank Transfer: For larger orders or corporate clients, payment via direct bank transfer is available. Our bank details will be provided upon request or during the checkout process for this option. Please note that orders paid via bank transfer will only be processed once funds reflect in our account, which may cause slight delays.

All transactions are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the Quantum Office Furniture website are in **Kenyan Shillings (KES)**.
Unless otherwise stated, all listed prices are **inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT)**, as applicable under Kenyan tax laws.
We strive to ensure all pricing information on our website is accurate. However, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, providing a full refund if payment has already been made.
Prices for products are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honored.

3. Order Confirmation and Payment

Once you place an order, you will receive an immediate order confirmation email detailing your purchase. This email serves as an acknowledgment of your order request.
Payment is typically required in full at the time of placing your order for standard purchases.
Your order will only be processed and dispatched once full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
If you choose bank transfer, please allow extra time for the payment to clear before your order is processed.

4. Payment Security

We prioritize the security of your payment information. All online transactions are processed through highly secure, encrypted payment gateways (e.g., M-Pesa API, card processors).
Quantum Office Furniture does **not** store your sensitive payment card details on our servers. Your financial information is directly handled by our reputable payment processing partners who comply with industry-leading security standards.
While we implement robust security measures, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You are also responsible for keeping your account login details and M-Pesa PIN confidential.

5. Failed Payments and Cancellations

If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. We will notify you, and you will have the opportunity to retry the payment or use an alternative method.
Orders for which payment is not successfully completed within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 24-48 hours for card payments, longer for bank transfers awaiting clearance) may be automatically cancelled.

For large corporate orders, project furnishing, or bulk purchases, specific payment terms and schedules may be arranged.
